Poor after sales service

I received a bike light (which took ages to arrive), and it didn't have the handlebar mount pictured on the ad. I contacted them, and as I write this (5 weeks later), I still have no resolution. They keep telling me they're "sorry", "waiting on warehouse", "investigating".

Still no refund or supply of the missing part.

I will NEVER order from them again.
